Rent cards let you collect money from every opponent based on how many properties you own of a color. The more properties in a set, the higher the rent. Double Rent cards charge twice as much, and a Shack adds 5M.
The deck has 115 cards: Money, Property (10 colors), Rent and Double Rent cards, Wild Properties, and action cards like Deal Breaker, Super Sly Deal, Heist, Market Crash, Tax Collector, Unfair Trade, Tough Luck, Repossession, Forced Debt, Yoink!, Go Again, Pass Go Go Go!, Just Say No and the Shack. Starter (91 cards) and Mild (105 cards) are lighter decks for new players.
Yes! You can play against AI bots on several difficulty levels, so you can practice or play a quick game anytime.
Keep some money in the bank to avoid debt chips, finish small sets first, save Just Say No for the moments that hurt most, and watch out for Heists and Super Sly Deals. Read our full strategy guide for more tips.
A wild property counts as a property of one of its colors and can be moved to its other color for free. A wild that fits every color can be any color, but it cannot complete a set on its own and cannot be used to pay.
